Ashleigh Court

• Ashleigh Court was established in 1997 by Asvin Chauhan the Managing Director out of a passion for wanting to advise small and medium-size business owners and high paid professionals in the areas of creative tax and financial planning.

• Asvin's background stems from joining the accountancy profession in 1987 where he quickly progressed through the ranks from working with a small partnership, medium-sized practice, and eventually a national accountancy practice when he was introduced to the financial services world in 1991.

• Asvin first joined Lincoln National where he quickly settled in as one of their leading advisers and thoroughly enjoyed his time there.  It was in 1997 Asvin realised he wanted to be an agent of the client, not an agent of an insurance company and with this in mind Ashleigh Court  was born.

• Asvin has always been a positive and upbeat individual and it was this quality that was recognised amongst his peers and in 1993 he served as Regional Chairman of Life Insurance Associate where he was recognised as the youngest Regional Chairman at that time aged 23.

• Having set his heart on working in the financial services industry for the rest of his career one of Asvin's aspirations was to become a life and qualifying member of MDRT.

• Founded in 1927, MDRT provides its members with resources to improve their technical knowledge, sales and client service while maintaining a culture of high ethical standards. MDRT is an international organisation

• Asvin supports many national charities including one international charity http://www.mdrtfoundation.org/donate/donors/levels/gold.html. Due to his large donations to date the Foundation awarded Asvin the prestigious Gold Knight Status as an acknowledgment of Asvin’s $5,000 donation in June 2007.
